Our mission

Build a local food system that is clean, understandable, affordable, and accountable to the people it feeds.

We plan to grow the majority of our produce ourselves in visible hydroponic systems, then work cooperatively with trusted local providers to bring more responsibly produced food into the market.

Why it matters

We deserve clean food we can understand and afford.

Too much of our food comes through distant, opaque supply chains controlled by large corporations and layers of middlemen. We are building a local alternative where families can see how food is grown, understand what goes into it, and purchase it close to harvest.

This is not about trusting another label. It is about being able to see the growing process, understand the inputs, and know where the food came from.

Our first goal

Our goal is 50 towers.

We are starting small enough to learn, measure, and improve—then reinvesting to cultivate more until clean local produce is available to more families.
